Edwin Symonowicz: “Junior Eurovision 2020 organizers have 14 days to change the participant from Poland”
The Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2020 Edwin Symonowicz presented his demands for TVP.
Polish singer and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Junior Eurovision Song 2020 Edwin Symonowicz said that, in order to hold the contest this year in Warsaw, representatives of Telewizja Polska (TVP) must in any way replace the current representative of Poland, Ala Tracz, until November 14. Otherwise, the audit will boycott the competition and the contest may be canceled.
The boycott of Junior Eurovision 2020 by the Audit Committee began on September 27, when the Committee, represented by Edwin Symonowicz, announced that the selection of participant from Poland during the TV program “Szansa na sukces” (“Chance on Luck”) was rigged and that the selection should not have been won by 9-year-old Ala Tracz, but by another one participant — 12-year-old Lena Marzec.
