Edwin Symonowicz wins appeal against Frank Mortenson

CT Appellate Court of Connecticut Judicial Branch has just told the Medium that Mortenson-Symonowicz appeal is over with the victory of Edwin Symonowicz on 14:50 (GMT -4).

15:06 (GMT -4). Edwin Symonowicz confirms the statement of CT Appellate Court on Twitter.

15:30 (GMT -4). CT Appellate Court announces Frank Mortenson is convicted under 18 U.S. Code § 1001 — “Statements or entries generally”. The penalty is known too: Frank Mortenson given 35.000 $ fine under 18 U.S. Code § 1001.

15:50 (GMT -4). Edwin Symonowicz announces ‘he won’t be contacting with anyone who represented Frank Mortenson during the court process’. Frank Mortenson’s personal phone doesn’t respond and is unavailable; the personal attorney of Frank Mortenson, Ingrid Pravilionis, doesn’t respond too. Any information about position of Frank Mortenson and his lawyers is unknown.

16:15 (GMT -4). Frank Mortenson comes out with his first position claiming that ‘he and his attorneys don’t consider appeal decision of Mortenson-Symonowicz court as legitimate in any ways’.
