Frank Mortenson appealed Northern Fairfield County District Probate Court decision № 01–1186

Information has just arrived that singer Frank Mortenson has appealed Northern Fairfield County District Probate Court decision № 01–1186. In particular, he indicated that the decision was not in accordance with the law and therefore could not be recognized as legitimate.

Before, on July 5, Edwin Symonowicz, famous Polish singer and entertainer, sued Frank Mortenson because of his frauds related to the United States Social Security Administration. Northern Fairfield County District Probate Court granted the lawsuit and found Frank Mortenson guilty on July 8. However, the court did not choose a preventive measure, and Frank Mortenson repeatedly stated that during the trial did not receive any warrants.
